Reas AKA Todd James is an artist and designer who lives and works in NYC.

He is the creator of the cartoon series Zoo Force and Rap Toons for the design firm Funny Garbage. His collaboration with artist Barry Mcgee (Twist) and Stephen Powers (Espo) entitled street market has been exhibited at the Institute if Contemporary Arts in Philadelphia, Deitch Projects in New York and the Parco Gallery on Tokyo along with the Venice Bienalle.

His work has also been exhibited at Enrico Coveri , 207 Gallery and Alleged Galler. 200 saw the publication of his limited edition coloring book Attitude Dancer; and earlier in 2001 he participated in the Keith Haring foundations untitled 2001 art event in Tokyo. His clients include Atlantic Records, Def Jam, CartoonNetwork.com, Weiden&Kennedy, The Source Magazine, the Beasite Boys, Eminem and Iggy Pop.
